Secretary Supervisory Board - Jakarta

Job Description

  • As a Secretary Supervisory Board you will responsible for:
  • Prepare the Supervisory Board meeting including meeting material (briefing sheet)
  • Create the Supervisory Board minutes of meetings
  • Administer Supervisory Board documents, both incoming mail, outgoing mail, minutes of meetings, or other documents
  • Prepare the Supervisory Board Work Plan and Budget
  • Prepare the Supervisory Board reports draft
  • Provide input to the Supervisory Board regarding compliance with laws and regulations
  • Provide information which required by the Supervisory Board periodically and / or at any time if requested
  • Act as a liaison (Liaison Officer) Supervisory Board with the Board of Directors and other parties

General Requirements

  • Maximum 58 years old
  • Computer literated
  • Proficient in English passively and actively

Specific Requirements

  • Possess Master’s / Doctor’s degree in the field of Hospital Management / Health / Health Insurance / Accounting / Economics / Finance / Management
  • Experienced in leading a team in a project (Project Management Officer) minimum 5 years (state in your CV)
  • Understanding the Social Healthcare Insurance
  • Contract position(s) available
