Senior Staff Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Creatively and innovatively assist the preparation of cash management products concept that have value to customers to be used in general
  • Analyze research results that has been obtained for business objectives in order to create new business opportunities for BCA in the market
  • Coordinate and serve as a link between customers, development team and third parties
  • Monitor the status and development of product development projects

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree from Informatics Engineering / Statistics
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Having minimum 2 years working experience in banking handling cash management or at least 4 years in banking product development
  • Mastery programming and Microsoft Office applications

Job Description

  • Identify potential merchants, analyzing new merchant applications and analyzing merchant appropriateness by visiting on the spot
  • Create a work plan and set up execution to foster relationships with key account merchant and increase sales volume
  • Negotiate with the merchant
  • Conduct a profit-level analysis of the merchant
  • Expanding credit card acceptance to business line that have considerable potential volume
  • Responsible for the projects related to merchants
  • Fostering relationships with merchants and proposing promotional programs in order to increase relationships and sales volume
  • Monitor the key account merchant activity periodically
  • Monitor and direct Key Account Executive Officer activities
  • Provide solutions for key account merchant

Requirements
