Division Head Product Marketing

Role and Purpose

The purpose of this position is to lead & manage responsibility along with a team of Marketing Professionals to define Enterprise Market Segmentation, Create Core Value propositions, define e2e customer experience and to drive the Enterprise Verticals strategy along with enterprise sales to meet the overall revenue objectives. The role holder has the key responsibility to assess enterprise vertical needs and to ensure the go to market strategy aligns with the market demands and company objectives.
The role holder has the responsibility to meet the overall enterprise revenue objective across fixed and mobile services by fully supporting the Sales team and enabling tools for them including: core propositions; sales kits; customer presentations and proposals; pipeline reviews; sales targets and incentives planning. The function has direct revenue, acquisition targets and NPS for enterprise market.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Telecomm or any Technic background. MBA is a plus
  • Good understanding of B2B products, competitor and trends in the market
  • Ability to build and manage team work
  • Ability to work productively and effectively

Experience

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in handling Marketing and Enterprise Sales, relationship Good understanding of business drivers and customer needs
  • Good Understanding and knowledge of all the key elements and technologies of product line vertical (Fixed voice / Mobile / Fixed data and access)
  • Strong planning & execution skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, language skills and team work

The role holder has the key responsibility to assess enterprise vertical needs and to ensure the go to market strategy aligns with the market demands and company objectives.
The role holder has the responsibility to meet the overall large enterprise & government revenue objective across services by fully supporting the Sales team and Lead and manage acquisiton drive across mobile and fixed propositions.
The function has direct revenue, acquisition targets and NPS for enterprise market.
