Adaro Energy JobsWe are an Indonesian energy group that focuses on integrated coal mining through subsidiaries. Our principal location is at Tabalong district in South Kalimantan, where our subsidiary PT Adaro Indonesia operates the largest single-site coal mine in the southern hemisphere. We operate under a first-generation CCA (coal co-operation agreement) with the Indonesian Government valid until 2022.
From our South Kalimantan mine’s three pits we produce one of the world’s cleanest coals, trademarked Envirocoal. It is a sub-bituminous, moderate calorific value coal producing ultra-low sulphur, ash and NOx emissions.
We are proud of our record of continuous growth over the two decades that we have been mining in Kalimantan. In 2014 we delivered 56.2 million tonnes of coal, and in 2015 we plan to produce between 54 million and 56 million tonnes.
Our coal is primarily sold to power generation providers, and we sell an average of about 25% of our coal to customers domestically in Indonesia and 75% to overseas customers, predominantly in Asia.

HR Supervisor - Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities

  • As HR Generalist, performing and facilitating all HR activities: recruitment and selection, employee orientation, training and development, compensation & benefit and Employee & Industrial Relations
  • Managing good communication with stakeholders: top management, line managers, employees, other HR function and other departments

Job Requirement

  • Min Bachelor Degree, any major, Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering would be beneficial. Min GPA 3.0.
  • Possess 2 to 3 years experience as HR. HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience would be preferred.
  • Good communication and interaction skill
  • Fluency in English would be beneficial

Tax Staff - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • To verify the transactions tax (tax invoice input and output as well as the Bank Disbursement Voucher / BDV) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
  • To prepare the data required for reporting actual tax liability company to ensure each required data available to precisely and accurately in accordance with the applicable procedures.
  • To input the transactions into the e - tax returns correctly and accurately in accordance with the standards and procedures set so that every transaction tax related data can be provided with appropriate and accurate in accordance with the applicable procedures.
  • To create reports of tax payments or mail tax payments (SSP) based on data from the e - tax return as well as to verify and ensure the completeness of the data , so that all statements made in accordance with the tax regulations.
  • To conduct an examination of the results of the SSP is being paid to ensure precision and accuracy of the data.
  • To archive all documents to keep order administrative transactions and facilitates tracing documents.
  • To up date information about the latest tax laws and apply them in the work so that every transaction tax is always done in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Have 1-2 years experiences in similar position (preferably from Tax Consultant)
  • Preferably have Brevet A & B
  • Competencies : Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation
  • Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of team.
  • Good command in English both oral and written.
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills.
