Business Area Manager - Jakarta Timur

Short Description

We are looking for high caliber candidates who will resposible for plan, monitor and check sales activities and business process in region to achieve targeted sales volume and ensure compliance in company’s sales policies

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales Target
    • Analyze and breakdown target sales volume, productivity and distribution action plan to achieve the goal target
    • Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement regularly to ensure effectiveness action plan versus goal target
  • New Distributor
    • Propose and assess new distributor to open and wider channel distribution
  • Stock Management
    • Monitor and check order stock through EWR system to ensure availability product
    • Monitor distribution process to ensure smoothness distribution process until outlet
  • Promotion & Program
    • Monitor and check implementation to ensure promotion and program run well
    • Analyze and provide feedback to channel distribution sales (account) for improvement program implementation
  • People Development
    • Provide advisory and coaching for team member to increase skill and knowledge level
  • Business Review
    • Assist setting goal target for channel distribution sales (account) to deliver best strategy plan
    • Review and evaluate regularly of sales target to get comparison actual achievement versus plan
    • Do grading assessment to appraise achievement target plan
  • Area Development
    • Analyze market share to get updated trend in the area
    • Review and provide insight / recommendation strategy to improve higher market share

Requirements

To be a successful in this position, you are / have:

  • Solid sales knowledge and skill
  • Good knowledge of channel distribution and logistic
  • Good understanding of market & competition
  • Understanding of product knowledge
  • Approximately 5 years experience in the same field

Business Area Supervisor - Jakarta Timur

We are looking for the best talents to maintain daily sales activities operation and business process of General Trade area to achieve targeted sales volume and ensure compliance in company’s sales policies.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily operational of salesman team and stock management
    • Plan, check and monitor route for salesman team in daily basis to ensure all outlet are visited as targeted and on schedule
    • Monitor salesman achievement target and activities based on their KPI in daily basis to ensure their actual versus plan target 
    • Monitor merchandiser target and activities based on their KPI in daily basis to ensure availability and visibility product and material promotion
    • Coordinate with warehouse team related stock management in daily basis to ensure availability & quality of product
  • Promotion & program execution
    • Monitor and track execution of promotion & program to ensure the implementation compliance and effectiveness
    • Gather data related promotion & program implementation to get feedback from the market
  • People Development
    • Conduct briefing & coaching for salesman to enhance skill and knowledge
  • Area Development
    • Identify market opportunity and competitor data to get updated market condition and competitor activities
    • Prepare data related distributor actual achievement to get comprehensive data for assessment and grading evaluation
    • Liaise with distributor to keep a good relationship and manage the problem occurred
