Information Technology

Deep Dive Into The Role

• IT Strategic Management team relates to designing IT frameworks, including development planning, IT security, and performance management of IT services that are integrated and aligned with strategies, plans, and goals of the company
• Application / Software Management team relates to identifying and analyzing application development, which includes planning, development, testing, and installation of applications in accordance with requirements
• IT Infrastructure Management relates to infrastructure development, including planning, preparation, configuration, and installation according to business needs
• IT Services Management relates to monitoring, maintaining, and resolving problems with IT devices / systems to ensure the stability and reliability of IT operations in the company
• IT Security Management is in charge of managing the security of information assets, including cyber security according to the procedure and standards of the company

If You Have

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Informatics Engineering, System & Management, Computer Engineering, and other related majors
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia
• Knowledge of IT Strategic Management, Application / Software Management, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Services Management, and IT Security Management

Sales and Customer Management

Deep Dive Into The Role

• Sales Management is related to the preparation of strategies, plans, methods and implementation of product / service sales activities 
• Customer Experience is related to formulating customer experience design (roadmap, journey), according to customer needs / expectations and measuring customer experience 
• Customer Care & Support is related to providing services to customers to support achieving customer satisfaction with Telkomsel  

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, and other related majors 
• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia 
• Knowledge in Sales Management, Customer Experience, Customer Care & Support 

Finance and Account Management

Deep Dive Into The Role

• Finance team relates to managing budgets and costs, also company funds and transactions to increase company effectiveness and efficiency, as well as maintaining the company’s financial health
• Accounting team relates to managing accounting system in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, including activities for preparing financial reports
• Tax team is responsible for managing and fulfilling company tax obligations

If You Have

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related majors
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel spreadsheet with related finance formula) 
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia
• Knowledge in Finance, Accounting, and Tax

Legal and Regulatory

Deep Dive Into The Role

• Corporate Legal relates to providing input on company policies from a legal aspect as well as ensuring the availability and updating of legal documents (including contracts) and / or company licenses to comply with applicable regulations 
• Litigation relates to handling and resolving problems in the company, both for litigation and non-litigation cases, inside and outside the court to obtain the best resolution with minimum possible risk for the company 
• Regulatory relates to reviewing and submitting regulations in accordance with company regulations and needs 

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, and other related majors 
• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia 
• Knowledge of Corporate Legal, Litigation, and Regulatory 

Network Management

Deep Dive Into The Role

• Network Strategic Management relates to formulating network architectural designs, including determining network capacity and framework that is integrated and aligned with organizational / company strategies, plans and goals
• Physical Network relates to conducting needs analysis and formulating plans for Radio, Transport, Datacomm, or Transmission equipment requirements. This team is also responsible for providing network designs, in line with the network architecture and user needs
• Virtual Network relates to virtualizing all network function devices based on network virtualization principles and methods to create communication services without relying on physical network functions
• Network Supporting relates to preparing and installing network infrastructure effectively including configuration & power management
• Network Services team relates to monitoring, maintaining and resolving network-related problems as well as managing the security of the company's telecommunications network

If You Have

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and other related majors
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia
• Knowledge in Network Strategic Management, Physical Network, Virtual Network, Network Supporting, and Network Services

Supply Chain Management

Deep Dive Into The Role

• Procurement team relates to managing a series of goods / services procurement activities to meet company needs (including management of provider partners) 
• Logistic team relates to managing card production and distribution, as well as warehousing

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and other related majors 
• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia 
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Logistic 

Product and Marketing Management

Deep Dive Into The Role

• Product and Service Management team is responsible for planning and developing products or services and their features, including monitoring, and evaluating products or services
• Marketing Management team is responsible for carrying out marketing intelligence activities, building brands, and communicating them to customers

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Management, Economics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, and other related majors
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience
