Credit Management Officer - Jakarta

Description

  • Make outgoing call to delinquent / recovery customer to remind, educate and ask them to make payment
  • Escalate customer request / issue / complaint
  • Perform collection activities as per approved strategy
  • Process ESMS as agreed turn-around time
  • Minimize security violations and avoid information security incident
  • Comply with the Citibank policy and procedure
  • Accomplish each assigned project as per agreed target date
  • Avoid any complaint from internal customers and external customers
  • Contribute proactively during team meeting and activities

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor's degree, any field
  • GPA minimum 2.75 / 4.00

Contact Center Officer - Jakarta

Description

  • Answering all incoming calls; assess customers' enquiries and provide resolution. In addition, update and / or perform on-line maintenance on system terminals as immediate response to customers' requests; ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers; process financial entries / adjustments on customers' accounts if necessary
  • Promote Citibank products / services / benefits to potential customers; cross selling of Bank Products, Bank Channels; and other initiatives that the business deems important
  • Be part of a dynamic team to provide optimum service to all customers by answering inquiries and resolving complaints effectively with the ultimate aim of projecting a professional Citibank image

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of Associate Degree from reputable university (minimum D3) any major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, preferably 1-2 years of experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good command of written and spoken in English; ability to speak in other language is an added advantage
  • Service-oriented and able to work under pressure; a good team player with commitment and initiative; mature, self-motivated, patient, well organized, meticulous and analytical

Technology Project Manager Lead

Description

  • Project Manager for applications / projects: TAXIS, DDE SKN,RTGS, and RightFax / Citifax; which includes:
    • Arrange for project from the bidding process, contract creation, negotiation, monitor payments, project kickoff, monitor development, arrange User for UAT, up to implementation
    • Handles Change Management such as change request submission, project deliverables, Information Security and Architecture review with regional
    • Discuss network detail with Network team to determine connection detail, and raise Network Change request to allow the application to work properly
    • Support business to recommend and implement effective business solution (process improvement, system solution) and support business to solve production problem
    • Provide business consultancy that leads to effective business solution (process improvement, system solution)
  • Also act as Application manager for local application, which includes:
    • To ensure that all applications’ component complies with Citi policy and regulatory requirement, including how to remediate the component within the given period, and handles the Risk Exception if the incompliant component cannot be remediated
    • To support Business in creating material for OJK approval on new application implementation, including risk analysis, cost benefit analysis, data center comparison analysis
    • Provide audit deliverables and explanation to auditor whenever required
  • Lead a small team consists of 2 - 3 Technology project manager, to help in their challenges and escalations required to Business / Regional, and maintain no exception / incompliancy within his / her cluster
  • Act as a single point of contact from business to regional technology and local application Vendor
  • Provide support to business in solving production problem
  • Support Technology Head in creating BI mandated document such as IT Annual Usage, System Development Plan, Rencana Bisnis Bank

Qualifications

  • Have more than 5 years experience as IT Project Manager in a bank
  • Understand Risk and Control
  • Able to manage a team
  • Fluent in English language
