Toyota Indonesia is represented by two subsidiary companies, PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) and PT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM). As the subsidiaries of Toyota Motor Corporation, TMMIN acts as a manufacturer and exporter of Toyota products and vehicle components, while TAM acts as the brand holder agent, importer, and distributor of Toyota products.
For more than four decades, TMMIN has an important role in the development of automotive industry in Indonesia as well as providing employment opportunities in its supporting industry. Currently, TMMIN has four production plants which has been operating in Sunter & Karawang. One plant in Karawang is scheduled to start operating in the early 2016.

New Employee Development Program

NEDP is an integrated Management Trainee Program aims to accelerate the development of Toyota future leader which enables greater talent mobility within global Toyota.
NEDP is a 1-year program formulated to maximize future leader potential through various insightful program and activities. Through On-the-Job Development (OJD), Toyota future leader are prepared to assume challenging responsibility and business leadership role.
NEDP contain a comprehensive formal training and development program which equip Toyota future leader with technical knowledge as well as basic way of working as global Toyota members.


  • University Graduate, Majoring from: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgy, Economics, Business Management, Law, Japanese Literature, Phsychology, International Relations.
  • Academy Graduate, Majoring from: Mechanical, Manufacture, Electrical, Management Information, Civil, and Administration.
  • GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
  • Age max. 27 years old for University Graduate and 25 years old for Academy Graduate.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
