General Qualification
- Possess Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.00 for Bachelor degree and 3.25 for Master degree
- Maximum age 25 years for Bachelor degree (not yet passed the 26th birthday on March 20, 2023), and 28 years old for Master degree (not yet passed the 29th birthday on March 20, 2023)
- Willing to follow all selection stages
- Not married
- Willing to be placed in any BRI work unit and throughout BRI Group
- Willing to sign an agreement with BRI or BRI Group if accepted as a BFLP participant
