Senior Manager In-House Channel and Production

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years in TV production and programming
  • Preferably have a national / international certificate from a trusted institution and recognized by professional organization and state a picture of expertise that supports the intended position

Qualification

  • Creative and able to work under pressure
  • Have experience as content planning and scheduling is an value added
  • Have a deep insight into landscape media (TV stations, Content Distribution, Production House)
  • Able to work effectively and across units with various levels of management, both internal and external
  • Familiar with a fast work environment
  • Has a strong track record as a team player and ble to manage and lead cross-unit projects
  • Able conduct data analysis and rating performance of each program

Senior Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Have minimum 10 years experience in the advertising industry or related to Agency Management / Brand Building
  • Preferably have work experience in TV Media (terrestrial, pay TV)
  • Preferably have a national / international certificate from a trusted institution and recognized by professional organization and state a picture of expertise that supports the intended position

Qualification

  • Have the ability in sales, business development, and / or client relationship management
  • Have high initiative
  • Have background in the field of agency with how a decision is made, where the decision is made, understanding key players in an organization
  • Have understanding and knowledge related to business performance
  • Have project management, intrapersonal, strong organizational skills and high initiative
  • Have relationship with prospective client in the field of advertising (government, company, direct brand)
