Industrial Relation Staff - Jakarta

Job Description

  • Carry out all Human Capital activities and programs in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Implement strategies in developing relationships between employees, employees and management and employees and employer
  • Enter into contract negotiations with ongoing business partners to maintain the smooth business of the company

Job Description

  • Implement all initiatives in the Human Capital (HC) area that are in line with the company's strategy in building human resources
