- Have minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.75 on a 4.00 scale
- Have work experience minimum 5 years in at least one of the following fields, namely: risk management, investment, public service, information technology, finance and / or legal
- Have a good knowledge about business process of social security system
- Have good integrity
- Have effective communication skill
