PT Yodya Karya (Persero) is a State-owned Enterprise (SOE) in planning consulting that derived from a company called Naamloze Vennootschap Job en Sprey (N.V. Job & Sprey), a company which works mainly on activities that provide planning and monitoring services for buildings.
On April 16, 1958, under Government Regulation No. 23 of 1958, N.V. Job & Sprey was nationalized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Government Regulation No. 58 of 1961 dated March 29, 1961 stipulated the establishment of State-owned Enterprise (SOE) “Yodya Karya” with the official name P.N. Yodya Karya. Through Government Regulation No. 39 in 1970, the Company was transformed from State Company (P.N.) Yodya Karya into Perusahaan Perseroan.
