Smelter Operation Readiness - HR Business Partnering Officer

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in business partner area,
• Prior major project management and / or start-up on big industry experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Manager / Sales Administration Manager / Sales Planning & Monitoring role

Core Competencies

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is an advantage

Smelter Operation Readiness - Security Operation Manager

• Gresik

Minimum Education and Experience 

• Any discipline or equivalent experience, preferably a Bachelors degree (BA) in Criminal Justice with 3 years working experience as corporate security manager or equivalent.
• Experience in security risk management and training management and training management skills.
• Held Garda Utama certificate.
• A minimum 5 years experience as security lead at a multi-national mining, oil and gas, refining or equivalent heavy industrial operation.

• Interpersonal and intercultural skills particularly in dealing with senior ranking foreign government officials. 
• Internal theft and behavioral problems in the work place. Understand industrial relations principles.

The Background, Education, and Work Experience

• Minimum Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistic / Supply Chain. Master degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience as planning & controlling / logistic / transport manager with least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Supply chain / Six Sigma / Logistic certification will be an advantage.
• Familiar with SAP and power BI
• Ownership of ahli kepabeanan certificate
• Knowlegde in vendor management, TMS, WMS, and logistic automation
• Experience in handling commodity shipment, fleet management, bulk vessel, tanker, containerized for inter islands and overseas
• Experience in handling custom process import & export in bonded zone or kawasan ekonomi khusus

• Proven experience in handling commodity shipment, fleet management, bulk vessel, tanker both for inter island and export
• Proven experience in handling export and import by understanding of custom regulation and processes (owning ahli kepabeanan certificate)
• Proven in engagement to 3PL (bulk, barge, containerized, and warehouse operation)
• Proven have capability to lead and manage 3PL (trucking, bulk, barge, containerized, container yard, custom brokers, and warehouse operation provider)
• Excellent in analysis and structured framework of thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex logistic issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, technical and conversational.

Smelter Operation Readiness - Superintendent, Business Systems & Process Analysis

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS / IT), Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and six (6) years combined experience in inventory management, system & project management and analysis projects required, OR
• Master's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS / IT), Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and four (4) years combined experience in inventory management, system & project management and analysis projects required

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

• Strong system implementation project and UAT experience
• Strong knowledge of EllipseSAP, Business Objects Microsoft Office Applications and specialized reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent
• Working knowledge in operating procedure development.
• Excellent technical communications and training skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• High level of ethics and personal integrity. A team player.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• High level of leadership skill with ability to create own measures of excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Math or Computer Science considered related discipline for this position
