Relationship Manager Commercial

Job Description

  • Report to Commercial Business Center Head and Commercial Banking Division Head
  • Implement the commercial banking business plan under the work area
  • Carry out marketing activities to achieve business targets according to the business plan (booking loans, maintaining asset / loan quality, increasing CASA, cross-selling, ensuring all financial transactions including ecosystem activities are at BNI)
  • Managing credit activities of debtors / prospective debtors which is their main responsibility under the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • ⁠Periodic monitoring of business activities (weekly, monthly, yearly), account planning, pipeline management, including value chain optimization
  • Responsible for maintaining the credit / loan portfolio and collectibility in the Commercial Business Center unit so that it remains smooth
  • ⁠Carry out collaboration / synergy between segments, channels and products to improve commercial business

Requirements

  • Have exposure as Relationship Manager Commercial Banking minimum 3 years and managing total portfolio loan +/- IDR 300 billion
  • Minimal Relationship Manager (MGR)
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Attractive appearance
  • Have strong hunter-personality, good analytical, relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Have experience managing several industrial sectors such as Mining, Energy and Green Finance, Infrastructure and Real Estate, Tourism, Healthcare and Defence, Agribusiness, Manufacture
  • Understand banking products (asset and liability) such as Loan, CASA, and Transaction
  • Have experience in market commercial segment in Medan / Pekanbaru / Jakarta / Bekasi / Tangerang / Bandung / Surabaya / Banjarmasin 

Senior Relationship Manager Commercial

Job Description

  • Report to Commercial Business Center Head and Commercial Banking Division Head
  • Implement the commercial banking business plan under the work area

  • Have good business-driven, hunter-personality, good analytical, relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
