Product Manager - Jakarta

General Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.3 on a 4.0 scale, MBA is a plus.
  • Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology.
  • Good understanding of product management / development, preferably in the Internet space.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills coupled with problem-solving and strong intuitions of user behaviours.
  • A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence.
  • Possess leadership skill and experience in leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge and project exposure in consumer product behaviour and communication ways.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills (verbal, writing, presentation) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver with speed and little supervision.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new methods and processes, dealing with complexity and understanding how to utilize them in a fluid environment.
  • Self-starter and detail oriented.

Working Experiences

  • 7 years or more experience working in a top tier technology, business consulting management, multinational technology, investment banking companies or any related technology roles or engineering domains.
  • Have minimum 3 years digital product management or customer engagement experience with good track record

Interaction Designer - Jakarta

Your Education / Professional Background, and Core Skills

  • Formal Education in HCI, or Graphic Design is strongly appreciated though not necessary.
  • Deep understanding in Google’s Material Theming or Apple’s iOS Human Interface Guidelines is required.
  • Sketch app, and Invision are your primary tools. These tools appear in your dream.
  • Deep understanding of information design / architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology.
  • Experience working in the Creative industry is an asset (whether you’ve worked in a creative / advertising agency).

  • Previous job, or project in the fintech sector (banks, start-ups in lending / payment) is a plus!

Your General Qualifications

  • Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Familiar with scrum, and have participate in stand-ups.

Digital Fintech Strategy - Jakarta

General Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities.
  • 3-5 years work experience in a bank / financial institution, fintech or start-ups will be an advantage.
  • A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new methods and processes, dealing with complexity and understanding how to utilize them in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a various different unit.
  • Competency and expertise in distributed ledger technology, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, data visualization and payment systems will be an advantage.

Digital Channel Marketing

General Qualifications

  • BS / MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Project management skills: Digital channel marketing also need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines.

Experience

  • Experience of between 3-5 years in digital communications and marketing is often expected. Experience or a qualification in graphic design can be helpful.
