Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide cash and non-cash transaction services
  • Check customer's money authenticity and document validity
  • Manage teller cash and smooth transaction
  • Cross selling product according to customer transaction

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma 3 graduate from accredited department / faculty of state / private university / college
  • Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.75 of 4.00 scale
  • Attractive appearance and able to communicate well
  • Minimum height 155 cm for female and 160 cm for male
  • Not married
  • Maximum age 25 years old (not yet passed the 26th birthday)
  • Does not have a core family relationship with BRI employee
  • Willing to be placed in any work unit fostered by the Regional Office Jakarta 1 (Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta)

Customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide service to customer related to bank product and service
  • Provide education and solutions to customer complaint
  • Maintain and manage customer data file
  • Serve and forward request / replacement of securities and checking account to fulfill customer's financial information needs
  • Marketing savings product, loans and e-banking

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma 3 graduate from accredited department / faculty of state / private university / college
  • Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.75 of 4.00 scale
  • Attractive appearance and able to communicate well
  • Minimum height 155 cm for female and 160 cm for male
