Field of Work
Access Network Operation and Maintenance
- Work related to managing Access Data Inventory (input, verification, and validation), as well as operation, maintenance, toubleshooting, and performance optimization of CPE / NTE, Home Broadband Wiring, FTTH, Fiber Termination Management, GPN / XGPON, Wifi, BSS 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G, IP Radio Access, and MSAN / MSOAN.
Transport and Core Network Operation & Maintenance
- Work related to operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Metro Ethernet, Terresterial Optical Transport Network, Terrestrial Optical Fiber Transport Network (outside plant), Submarine Optical Fiber Transport Network (outside plant), Satellite Space Craft Control, Satellite Networking, IP Radio, Evolved Packet Core, IP Core Network, and Network Management System (NMS) as well as management of network measurement, optical transport network management system, evolved packet core and repairing telecommunication system and equipment.
Service Broadband and Video Platform Design and Planning
- Work related to operation, maintenance, evaluation, analysis, integration, and formulation of policies related to the management of Telecommunication Application Service, IP Broadband Service Platform, Video Platform, IP Broadband Service, as well as management of Voice, Data, Video & Multimedia Service, telecommunication assurance, quotation test aspects of equipment engineering, integration and testing of network components in communication systems, performing installation, testing, decommissioning of telecommunication systems according to established procedures, traffic management, managed service, and operation and management of users and OSS / BSS application.
Sales Operation and Management
- Work related to sales strategy and policy and sales implementation.
Customer Relationship Management
- Work related to planning customer relationships with the company through multi touch points, customer analytics systems, and digital customer experience.
Customer Service Operations
- Work related to implementing customer smart care, implementing channels used to bring products closer to customers, and implementing the collection and payment service concept mechanism for customers.
