Ministry of Health (KEMENKES) Jobs: Government Employee with Work Agreement (PPPK)

Based on the Minister State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 29 of 2021 concerning Government Employee with Work Agreement (PPPK) recruitment for Functional Positions and the Minister State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Decree Number 491 of 2022 concerning Determination State Civil Apparatus Needs within the Ministry of Health for Fiscal Year 2022, the Ministry of Health opens the opportunity for Indonesian citizen to participate in the selection of Government Employee with Work Agreement (PPPK) for Health Officer Functional Position in 2022 who will be assigned to work units within the Ministry of Health throughout Indonesia.

General Requirement

• Indonesian citizen who devoted to the God Almighty, loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of Republic Indonesia
• Applicants consist of:
  • Former Category II Honorary Personnel registered in the database at the State Civil Service Agency; or
  • Non-civil servant Health Officer who are registered (verified and validated) in the Health Officer Human Resources Information System (SISDMK) Ministry of Health
• Age limit:
  • Minimum age is 20 (twenty) years old
  • For Skilled Personnel / First Expert / Young Expert positions maximum age is 57 (fifty-seven) years old
  • For Intermediate Expert positions maximum age is 59 (fifty nine) years old
• Never been sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that already has permanent legal force for committing a criminal offense with a prison sentence of 2 (two) years or more
• Never been honorably dismissed with honor not at his own request or dishonorably dismissed as a CPNS, PNS, PPPK, Indonesian National Army soldier, Indonesian National Police personnel, or dishonorably dismissed as a private employee or other employee including employee of State Owned Enterprise State and employee of Regional Owned Enterprise
• Not a CPNS, PNS, PPPK, Indonesian National Army soldier or Indonesian National Police personnel
• Not being a member or administrator of a political party or involved in practical politics
• Have educational qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the position applied at the time of registration, and must have a diploma from an accredited tertiary institution (Graduation Certificate is not accepted)
• Physically and mentally fit in accordance with the requirements of the position applied
• Not consuming / using narcotic, psychotropic, precursor, and other addictive substances
• Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Unitary State of Republic Indonesia
• Do not smoke either in the form of conventional cigarettes or electric cigarettes or similar
• Not applying for relocation from the placement work unit for personal reasons during the period of the working agreement relationship
• Not submitting a resign request before fulfilling the employment agreement period minimum 90% and having met the performance target minimum 90%
• Computer literated, minimum in Microsoft Office, email and internet
