General Requirement
- Indonesian citizen who devoted to the God Almighty, loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of Republic Indonesia

Age limit:
- Minimum age is 20 (twenty) years old
- For Fungsional Ahli Pertama and Fungsional Keterampilan positions maximum age is 57 (fifty-seven) years old
- Never been sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that already has permanent legal force for committing a criminal offense with a prison sentence of 2 (two) years or more
- Never been honorably dismissed with honor not at his own request or dishonorably dismissed as a CPNS, PNS, PPPK, Indonesian National Army soldier, Indonesian National Police personnel, or dishonorably dismissed as a private employee
- Not being a member or administrator of a political party or involved in practical politics
- Have educational qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the position applied
- Have competencies as evidenced by certain expertise certificates which still valid from the competent professional institution for the required position
- Physically and mentally fit in accordance with the requirements of the position applied
- Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Unitary State of Republic Indonesia
- Not involved in organizations which are declared prohibited by the government
- Free of narcotics and illegal drugs abuse or similar substances
- Not tattooed or tattoo marks and pierced or other body parts piercing marks other than the in ears, except for those caused by religious or customary provisions
- Minimum GPA 2.50 of 4.00 scale
