  • Diploma 3 in Archival / Library: 117 positions
  • Diploma 3 in Communications: 5 positions
  • Diploma 3 in Informatics Engineering / Computer / Information Technology: 96 positions
  • Diploma 3 in Staffing Science / Informatics Engineering / Informatics / Secretarial / Computer Engineering / Management / Information Management / Office Administration / Government Administration / Computer Science / Human Resources: 37 positions
  • Total: 592 positions

General Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen and pious to God Almighty, loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic Indonesia
  • The minimum age is 20 (twenty) years old and the maximum age according to the applied position age limit
  • Never been sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that already has permanent legal force, for committing a crime with imprisonment of 2 (two) years or more
  • Never been honorably dismissed not at his own request or dishonorably dismissed as a Civil Servant, Government Employee with an Employment Agreement, Indonesian National Army Soldier, Indonesian National Police Personnel, or dishonorably dismissed as a private employee (including an employee of a Business Entity, State-Owned or Regional-Owned Enterprises)
  • Not being a member or administrator of a political party or involved in practical politics
  • Have educational qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the position applied
  • Have competence as evidenced by certain valid expertise certification from the competent professional institution for the required position
  • Physically and mentally fit in accordance with the requirements for the position applied
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Not involved in organization which are declared prohibited by the Government
  • Free of drugs abuse
  • Not color blind, not physically disabled, not mentally handicapped, not tattooed, not pierced (only for men) and have proportional body posture according to the standard Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-28 with minimum height for male 155 cm and female 150 cm, except for disability applicants
  • Proficient in English as evidenced by a minimum Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 450 (four hundred and fifty) or a minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) of 5 (five)
