Computer User Support

Job Description

If you like IT jobs with a wide and varied scope, being able to meet and get to know many people, traveling throughout Indonesia to provide assistance and support to computer users in terms of the use and utilization of IT technology, then you are the right person for this position. The Jobs that not only require mastery of IT technology skills, but also mastery of social skills in terms of establishing good relationships with other people. A challenging and not glamorous job, but its existence is needed and has an important role, especially in today's digital era. Providing technical assistance to computer users, answering questions or solving IT-related problems (hardware or software) for computer users directly, or by telephone or electronically, providing training / education / and socialization is a description of the work of this Computer User Support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and support to computer users in using IT technology (hardware or software)
  • Perform technical and non-technical maintenance on the company's IT system
  • Conducting research on the development of the company's IT system
  • Assist in implementing the latest IT system improvements both on a local and national scale
  • Conduct training, education, and socialization to users in the use / utilization of IT technology

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Computer or Information Technology with a minimum predicate: very satisfactory.
  • Mastery the use of PC platform and its applications, especially Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Access)
  • Mastery some basic hardware configuration, LAN and WAN, have Windows scripting skills, and basic programming techniques
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Kudus / Semarang / Bandung / Surabaya

Internal Auditor

  • Full-Time
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Kudus / Jakarta / Surabaya

Job Description

As an Internal Auditor, you will provide an independent and objective evaluation of financial and operational business activities, including corporate governance; ensure that the company complies with applicable laws and regulations, carries out proper and efficient procedures and functions as possible. You also have the opportunity to meet many people in various industries and get to know cities in Indonesia.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial and operational audits
  • Make a report on audit result
  • Analyze and solve problems related to audit result
  • Check financial transactions in the company according to the SOP
  • Check inventory & fixed assets
  • Control the implementation of company systems and procedures

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting who graduated with a very satisfactory category, understands the basics of accounting and financial statement preparation.
  • Have good communication skills to find the data needed at the time of examination.
  • Thorough, detailed and focused on the target completion of the task.
  • Willing to be placed in Kudus, Jakarta, Surabaya and assignments to all cities in Indonesia.
