Digital Media Supervisor - Jakarta

We are looking for a Supervisor Digital Media who will be responsible to:

  • Good digital media planning, buying / implementation skills, strategy with a clear linkage to brand / marketing objectives
  • Provide forward-looking insights on new strategies, technologies, innovation and emerging best practices
  • Coordinate various elements between media agency, publishers and internal teams to ensure all elements are aligned with holistic strategy
  • Manage and grow relationships with publishers and other digital touchpoints partners 
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional teams and also third party to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for your brands
  • Manage and prioritize requests and set expectations with professionalism, balancing workload with the agency and other third party to effectively deliver on goals
  • Serve as liaison between the marketing team and media agency, ensuring all campaigns running and establishing all process until the reporting period.

Experience Required

  • University degree in Marketing domain, communication and / or additional certificates, degrees or experience in innovative digital areas
  • Overall 7+ years of experience in media agency / media specialist of which min 3 years should be on digital
  • Strong Digital Media Planning, Buying & Negotiation Skills 
  • Experience in engaging with different business stakeholders and influencing people 
  • Have a good interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal
  • Good Social interpersonal skills
  • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence 
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a good project management skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with digital buying skills 
  • Should have knowledge on DMP, DSP, SSP, programmatic along with all digital measurement tools
  • Strong consumer and media research and / or analytics skill

Digital Content Executive - Jakarta

We are looking for a qualified Digital Content Executive to join our digital team. 

You will be working closely with the brand team and the other digital channel team. You will be responsible for digital content development for each brand campaign. In addition, you will coordinate with regional and OC teams to see the content is in line with the overall brand and communication strategy.


  • To understand the business process of content planning and development.
  • To supervise and control the budget allocation process to ensure delivery as per commitments.
  • To conduct an integrated brief to external stakeholders and supervise the ideation process to ensure integration among digital channels.
  • To ensure all content plan and strategy are executed based on approved documents.
  • In charge for the implementation of content plan & strategy from production to deployment in order to be consistent with the brand or campaign brief.
  • To provide learnings and actionable insights coming from analytic reports in order to advise the Digital Activation Manager for improvement and refinement and if necessary change action plan.
  • To manage all related internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies and conduct regular monitoring of progress and implementation of corrective actions.
  • To create and present (if needed) documents for content planning and development to ensure / complete the business process.

Skills & Experiences

  • Overall 3+ years of experience in a creative agency and / or digital agency.
  • Prior experience in content production, engaging with different business stakeholders, and influencing people is strongly preferred.
  • Some knowledge in analytical tools is preferred. 
  • Planning and budgeting skills are an asset.
  • Possesses a strong consumer centric approach, good interpersonal communication skills, and good project management skills.
  • Out of the box individual with passion in creative thinking.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Manager Audience Management - Jakarta

We are looking for a qualified Manager Audience Management to join our Digital team . You will be working closely with the OC Audience Intelligence team and the local Data Analysis role. 

You will be responsible for validating audiences and identifying actionable segments. In addition, you will carry out analyses to gain a deep understanding of the current and potential audiences (e.g., demographics, habits, motivations) and hence ensure that the Digital team has the tools to tell stories that resonate with our audiences. 

Key Duties

  • Adapt, maintain and govern a portfolio of audience definitions including 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data for both prospecting and retention of audiences through the Data Management Platform (DMP) and other relevant tools
  • Gain a deep understanding of the current and potential audiences in order to segment them leveraging the Global Segmentation Framework while taking into account local nuances
  • Identify targetable prospects and determine profitable segments within the local market
  • Filter out irrelevant audiences
  • Develop best practices for audience sizing & characteristics and apply demographic, psychographic and behavioral data insights to audience segments
  • Manage our DMP provided by OC, including tagging of audiences according to OC Tagging Framework 
  • Enable real-time bidding for audience-specific ad space by ensuring DMP segments are available in the Demand Side Platform (DSP) 
  • Evaluate quality, quantity and availability of local 3rd party data for potential acquisition
  • Summarize and document audience segment learnings to continuously improve targeting efforts

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Market Research, Data Management, Social Science or related field
  • Experience in digital advertising, ad operations and audience segmentation
  • Solid experience in data management, platform operations and data acquisition
  • Proficiency in DMP and good knowledge of DSP
  • Highly analytical, structured, logical and data-driven thinking with a demonstrated ability to drive decision making
  • Business acumen and understanding of stakeholders and consumers needs
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity 
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
