Job Description

For BCA, employees are a company asset that must be continuously developed. To develop and optimize employee potential, BCA has a variety of training programs conducted by the Learning & Development work unit. In the process, the existing training program certainly needs to be continuously analyzed and evaluated so that it can be right on target and in accordance with company needs and current developments. For this reason, BCA is currently looking for quality human resources who will play a special role in analyzing and evaluating various training programs at BCA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in education and training, especially training evaluation
  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology, Teaching / Education
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25 of 4.00 scale
  • Maximum age 33 years old
  • Have an interest in training and education
  • Mastery and understand the manufacture and analysis of measurement / evaluation tools
  • Has the ability to process training evaluation data conducted by the BCA Learning Institute or third parties in collaboration with BCA
  • Able to perform data analysis and provide recommendations for developing various training programs organized by BCA
  • Placement in Bogor
  • Selection test will be held in Jakarta and Bogor
