Account Manager - Jakarta

About The Role

  • We are looking for an account manager to handle Healthcare, Hospitality, education, startup and also Medium Enterprise segment. This role will create new opportunities as well as revenue from new customers or existing customers at that segments.

What Will You Do

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and be a reliable advisor representing XL Business Solutions. Cover areas including Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Start-Ups.
  • Discuss and manage the entire cycle, often presenting to C-level executives in Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Start-Ups customers. 
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with solutions architect & product team.
  • Develop and execute sales plan, build specific account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline and achieving quarterly goals.
  • Manage multiple opportunities, simultaneously working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all growth / adoption-related activities, including agreement discussion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales with an understanding of account management and customer relations.
  • Experience working in telco industry is preferred.
  • Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and to take initiatives.
  • An existing relationship, or able to bridge, develop, and maintain a strong relationship with key partners.
  • Strong business sense and a good understanding of markets, customers, and competitors
  • Experience selling telco product, fixed connectivity, mobile advertising or cloud solutions.
  • Familiar with CRM such as Salesforce.com
  • Experience with large, complex commercial / legal negotiations, working with procurement, legal and business team.
  • Familiar with the Public Sector industry and process in Indonesia, particularly in education ministry, universities, healthcare, start-ups.

Territorial Corporate Sales – Bandung

About The Role

  • We are looking for a Territory Corporate Sales to help us increase sales and address customer needs within a specific region.
  • Territory Sales Representative responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products and also build a partnership with local potential partners to enhance growth.
  • Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.

What Will You Do

Performance Management - Jakarta

Job Purpose

  • To manage and facilitate all performance management process that aligns to employee’s & business’ goal

Job Accountabilities

  • Design and develop performance management process & system that align to employee’s & business’ goal
  • Design performance planning, KPI cascading mechanism, execute and facilitate KPI cascading process
  • Design and propose the individual performance measurement mechanism & monitor the progress of development needs
  • Manage & develop SF to maintain PM journey
  • Design, conduct and facilitate development dialogue and feedback to maximize individual performance to achieve company goals
  • Design & execute internal communication for PM internalization, including manage and conduct the employee engagement survey
  • Analyze and monitor the results and propose the key action plans for improvement
  • Monitor and conduct the implementation of Employee engagement survey and result interpretation

Technology Strategy - Jakarta

Job Purpose

  • To lead the development of technology strategy and roadmap, ensure accurate new technology adoption and planning guideline within 1-3 year, aligned with XL business objective.
  • To lead the development of technology programs - translate strategic priorities into high-level key programs, including new technology acquisition, define the source of new technologies, scale-up new technologies.

Key Accountability

  • Drive strategic technology innovation and accountable for managing the selection and adoption of new technology solution align with XL business objective in 1 -3 years
  • Deliver strategies and standard planning guideline for new technology adoption based on business analysis and feasibility assessments with regards to costs, resources
  • Provide leadership for the implementation and integration of new technology adoption to the operational department, perform end to end synergy, technology investment control, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Lead technology solutions consultation - a trusted advisor to business / functional units on opportunities to employ technology
  • Ensure the deliverable of new technology acquisition & success criteria
  • Manage coordination and liaison with related departments internally (operational, project monitoring, etc), and external party (technology owners, government, and external consultant)
  • Ensure the alignment with strategic regulation to support technology development
  • Ensure synergy and alignment between Axiata Group Level Technology Initiatives 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Information Engineering

Legal Litigation - Jakarta

Job Purpose

  • To act and proceed on behalf of the company in the court and the police department;
  • Prepares legal document, legal draft (Gugatan, Jawaban, Replik, Duplik, Kesimpulan), warning letter, statement and related matters.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree / Post-Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Experience in telecommunication area (in-house counsel) / law firm more than 7 years is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Litigation, Investigates, Corporate law, Business law, Presentation
  • Able to work individually and as a team and willing to travel
  • Must possess PERADI License certification.
  • Good communication skill with excellent English speaking and writing ability
  • Dynamic, have good logical and analytical thinking, and good attitude
