GL Specialist - Jakarta

Position Summary

  • As GL Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy, timely efficient and compliance of Financial Statement. Coordination the Period end Close for Group reporting and local statutory reporting in accordance with Nestlé Accounting Standards and Local Accounting Standards including Lease Accounting. Act as a Single Point of Contact and Expertise in the Market for IFRS16 Lease.

A day in the life of GL Specialist

  • Responsible for the preparation quarterly and annual Financial Statements as per Nestle Accounting Standards Local Accounting Standard, as well as dividend and report to Shareholders
  • Ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures, including coordinating statutory audits and acting as primary contact for auditors
  • Performing Budgeting of IFRS16 Lease depreciations, create report and variance analysis.
  • Market SPOC of IFRS16 lease, give an advice on lease concept and do closely coordination with CoC lease above market, Procurement, Legal and Fixed asset / Lease custodian.
  • Provide leadership and management of monthly General Ledger closing activities to coordination with all stakeholders related
  • Close coordination with Nestle Business Services for Balance Sheet Integrity to make sure that there are no long outstanding / unreconciled items without supporting documents and explanation.
  • Continuously improving financial accounting process and identifying and enhancing efficiencies in processes
  • Review the correctness of the accounting entries of all special accounting standards such as hedge accounting for commodities, employee benefit, and deferred tax.
  • Advise the business on the practical application of accounting standards and develop an ‘internal consultancy’ relationship with the business and key stakeholders, so that accounting standards are considered during the design of transactions, systems and processes. 

What will make you successful

  • A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.3 out of 4.0 GPA from Accounting major, and Science (IPA) in high school
  • At least having 4 years experiences in reporting / financial accounting job especially in FMCG company and experiences as an auditor at Big 4 Public Accountant, are preferable
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Tax Accounting, Accounting standards (IFRS and PSAK) or passionate to Tax and Financial Accounting
  • Strong technical, logical and analytical skills on numbers related to financial accounting and reporting. Having experiences in implementing IFRS16 Leasing is preferable.
  • Detailed, curious in numbers, persistent and organized
  • Initiative and problem-solving capabilities. Having experience to implement new idea / system improvement is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal, communication, leadership and pleasant personalities
  • Good knowledge in operating the MS Office, especially excel. Expertise in Power BI is preferable
  • Good working knowledge of SAP financial modules
  • Holding Certification of Public Accountant (CPA) or Certification of Finance Accountant (CFA) is an advantage

Industrial Services Engineer - Karawang Factory

Position Summary

  • Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Industrial Services (IS) Engineer, you will be responsible to provide support for industrial services operation and to ensure optimal cost, highly efficient, quality and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operations. i.e. steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air. 

A day in the life of...

  • To manage the personnel, operation and industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent
  • To carry out competency assessment and competency building plan for the team are in place, routinely reviewed and executed 
  • Provide support on execution of Capital Investments projects in the factory and ensuring the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and deliver with the expected quality, on time and within budget 
  • Responsible in the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users, follow up the solution development, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crew
  • Plan, perform and manage designs, modification and improvements to industrial service plant, equipment and infrastructure
  • To support the implementation of continuous improvement in Industrial Services,relevance with energy / water consumption in the plant through mastering the process and products characteristic
  • Ensure high efficiency, quality and compliance
  • Assist in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services
  • Identify and drive energy and water saving opportunities
  • Ensure quality and environmental both internal and external compliance requirements for Industrial Services through management and monitoring process and routines
  • Ensures process and personnel safety with regard to Industrial Services plant and equipment from design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspection and audits
  • Execute standard solution for Industrial Services in the factory are align with corporate standards and best engineering practices

What will make you successful

  • Have minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Familiar with preparation of investment budgets and acquisition of technical equipment for production and Industrial Services
  • Having experience in the development of engineering projects
  • Familiar with preparation in the startup of technical equipment and production line
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be place in Karawang Factory

Electrical and Automation Engineer - Karawang

Position Summary

  • Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Electrical & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible to provide support in Electrical & Automation (E&A), Instrument Calibration, Technical Operational activities and participate in CAPEX project, enforcing all instrument calibration and E&A activities to enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation performance.

  • Maintain and develop the key E&A core competencies by coaching technician in the factory and facilitating professional exchange at factory level, ensure the development of E&A technician, review career and succession planning as well as the alignment of engineering resources with factory objectives
  • Participate in Capital Investments projects in the factory and ensuring the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and deliver with the expected quality, on time and within budget. 
  • Responsible in the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users, follow up the solution development, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crew. Must fully understand the technical details of the instrument standard and E&A solutions in all projects  
  • Ensure that all installations comply with the market and corporate safety health and environment, product safety and product quality standards. 
  • Ensure the instrument calibration plan and E&A documentation is up to date and in place. 
  • Play a key role in the continuous improvement in factory through mastering the process and product characteristics, have a deep insight of the process, and continuously strive for the improvement of Quality and SHE.
  • Ensure process & equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situation. 
  • Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level and in the M&I activities in factory
  • Execute standard solution for E&A / instrument in the factory in alignment with corporate standards and best engineering practices

What will make you successful

  • Have minimum bachelor’s degree in any Electrical Engineering 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical power and distribution, automation and / or instrument engineer
  • Familiar with preparation of investment budgets and acquisition of technical equipment for production and Industrial Services
  • Familiar with preparation in the startup of technical equipment and production line
  • Good understanding and executing the preventive maintenance planning
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be place in Karawang Factory

Category Development Executive - Dairy - Jakarta

Position Summary

  • Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as a Category Development Executive, you will be responsible to develop the category’s agenda within the business to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share. You will be focusing on only one category among Coffee, Beverage, Dairy, and Infant Nutrition.

A day in the life of...

  • Category Development Executive role is included in the Commercial Development Division. Reporting to the Category Development Lead, working closely with the Business Unit of Dairy, Coffee, Infant Nutrition, and Beverages as well as Sales division, Sales Controller, and Consumer Intelligence team.
  • Define strategies and plans that deliver Category / sub Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
  • Active involvement in driving sales part of category specific Monthly Business Planning process as per guidelines to meet category business objectives
  • Work with Category Lead and Channel Lead to identify priority channels and recommend tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategy
  • Develop category specific agenda in priority channels based on consumer and shopper understanding to accelerate category growth
  • Continuously work with field sales management team, distributor team and third party / agency team to get feedback on category specific project implementation and do corrective action if necessary
  • Develop and propose the in-store picture of success for the category / sub category in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
  • Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category / sub Category.
  • Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and well evaluated
  • Recommend winning commercial propositions for the category / sub category, effectively communicating these to customer and field sales managers as appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies such as WHO Code.

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 3-4 years commercial experience in Trade Marketing / CCSD, and Field Sales or Key Account preferably in FMCG Industry 
  • Have the understanding of the shoppers, category and channel development, and the selling process in the industry
  • Experienced in promotion planning and evaluation to driving the ROI
  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role
  • Familiar with the brands of Nestlé, stores and channel landscape in Indonesia Market 
  • Agile to collaborate with internal and external partners effectively
