Technician Trainee

Job Descriptions

  • Location: Manado
  • Status: Trainee Contract

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and conduct repair and maintenance (i.e. all adjustment and calibration, testing, etc) of various problem on engine / power train / hydraulics system / fuel system / auto electrical.
  • Analyze and conduct troubleshooting on any operations faults or damage occurred to engine / power train / hydraulics system / fuel system / auto electrical according to service manual.
  • Develop Mechanic skill, identify and recommend skill development according to competency needed.
  • Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation).
  • Inspect and prepare report in standard service form.

Requirements

  • Minimum Technical High School (STM)
  • 1 year in heavy equipment mechanic
  • Has knowledge related basis mechanic process and system equipment
  • Basic English

Technician

  • Location: Samarinda Site
  • Status: Contract

  • Status: Permanent

Responsibilites

  • Analyze the development of government regulation concerning business and taxation which might affect company business operational activity
  • Analyze potential exposure in conducting tax saving according to company capacity and business operational
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate the activity of tax counting and payment that should be paid by the company, either PPN or PPh
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate the activity of tax payment, and monthly / annual tax return preparation. Conduct reconciliation between accounting records and taxation report / returns
  • Analyze and develop system and procedure guideline in tax payment counting and reporting based on the government regulation
  • Identify, plan and evaluate subordinate needs and development, and recommend subordinate development program based on competency needed and develop work culture, and give coaching and counseling periodically to increase performance and overcome subordinate work problem

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic / Taxation
  • 4 Years experience in Tax and Accounting
  • Comprehending Accounting in Manufacturing Company & Tax Auditor
  • Detail Oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with SAP is a plus

Specialist PPH Management & Operation
