Business Planning and Reporting Specialist

Position Summary

As Business Planning & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely relevant management reporting with analysis in compliance with corporate standards, perform Period End Closing activities related to Business Planning and Reporting (BPR) area and provide support for business planning process within Nestle in the Market.

A day in the life of Business Planning and Reporting Specialist

  • Responsible for relevant management reports on main business Objectives / Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to local Management 
  • Provide relevant reporting to support business decision via market report generation that useful for NIM businesses (e.g. Income Statement by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), etc)
  • Responsible for submission of Magnitude packages within Group deadlines and relevants reporting for the Group / Zone (e.g. Monthly Zone deck, Yearly Inno Reno reports, etc).
  • Consolidate financial planning of NIM businesses, including monthly busines review presentation 
  • Provide support for various analysis / alternative to support decision-making process for F&B (e.g. Profit & Loose (PL) affiliates, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) financial justification for export, etc).
  • Support business co-pilots for business planning process by providing history information and simulation (e.g. Real Internal Growth (RIG) / Organic Growth (OG) calculation and simulation)
  • Monitor Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) spending and proactively coordinate with Business Controllers to managed spending expectation
  • Validate and monitoring CAPEX of non-production budget spending
  • Perform the period-end close in Business Planning & Reporting (BPR) area including the reconciliation 
  • Provide KPMG financial data
  • Comply to system maintenance such as allocation rules, regular data checks, and allocation / distribution activities for Profit & Loose (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS). Integration with other functional applications and drive resolution of issues at source
  • Be a super user for area under responsibility including perform testing of new functionalities delivered from GLOBE before implementation 

What will make you successful

  • A Bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3 out of 4.0 GPA, with subject of Accounting, Finance and other related field
  • Having 2-4 years experience in Finance Accounting Field. 
  • Having experience working in FMCG
  • Share service Experience
  • Good Command of English

Manufacturing Costing Specialist

Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Costing specialist, you have responsibilities to lead overall factories variance, Costing Period-end closing & implementation of Costing and system projects. Ensure Costing for Manufacturing and Transfer Price align with Costing Standards / Nestle Accounting Standard (NAS) / Global Transfer Price Guideline & Policy and government regulation. Responsible for delivering accurate and timeliness of quality cost analysis and report for factory under his / her responsibility i.e. Dynamic Forecast (DF) cost of production, Cost study, Transfer pricing including monitor factory production cost to evaluate impact of cost deviation.

A day in the life of Manufacturing Costing Specialist

  • Drive to improve Period End Closing (PEC) process for Manufacturing Costing
  • Manage Transfer Pricing establishment for all Export products
  • Drive to ensure Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) forecast accuracy & analysis to specified Business Unit (BU)
  • Provide Fixed Factory Overhead (FFOH) analysis & review FFOH forecast to specified BU
  • Provide all Variance reporting to specified BU & Technical division
  • Manage COGS reconciliation and reporting to technical division & Auditor
  • Promote good understanding of relevant Nestlé finance standards, including Transfer Pricing guidelines to ensure correct interpretation and application within Nestle in the Market via training

What will make you successful

  • A Bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Accounting background
  • Having 5 years of professional experience in Cost Accounting and / or other Finance function is advantages
  • Having extensive knowledge of Costing 
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Detailed, persistent and organized
  • Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team 
  • Able to manage multiple task independently under challenging deadlines
