HSE Proyek
Job Description
- Prepare HSE Program, HSE Plan, Traffic Management, Emergency Response Plan and Waste Management
- Create Weekly HSE Reports, Visual Report and Monthly HSE Reports
- Conduct accident investigation in detail, from the preliminary to the final investigation
- Identify HSE training needs and evaluating the HSE training implementation
- Make HSE RAB during the project period
- Identify HSE legal compliance related to the scope of work
- Identify the need for emergency response facilities
- Conduct emergency drill and evaluate the emergency drill effectiveness
- Conduct HSE promotion to all elements of project managements, clients and government
- Ensure worker and subcontractor comply with HSE regulations
- Conduct Safety Patrol
- Monitor non-compliance findings, both audit finding and inspection finding
- Intervene if there are activities that have the potential to cause work accident
Requirements
- Possess Associate / Bachelor degree majoring in OHS Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Public Health
- Have minimum 1 year experience in mining project
- Preferably have a POP certificate, AK3 Umum / AK3 Konstruksi certificate
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
