Counterman

Job Descriptions

  • Location: BSD, Tangerang
  • Status: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing welcoming and closing event at counter for branches under his / her coverage , e.g., receive call, greet, create ticket, probing and gather information and needs from customers, validate, update issues, information into the system, as per standard CX at Counter, to ensure the customers are handled properly in timely manner, the issues and data gathered are valid and reliable for further analysis.
  • Responsible for executing parts quotation process, e.g., receive parts list, input data in system, validate customer ID and status, check parts validity, check alternative / replacement / up-level / down-level, check availability, check and validate price, check BO source and status, determine freight mode and charge, create, print and deliver the quotation, in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure parts quotation provided correctly and in timely manner.
  • Responsible for executing parts ordering process, e.g., receive order reference (PO / SO), validate quotation number vs PO / SO, validate item, quantity, description and price, input data in system / activate quotation, check and action any halt in system, accordingly, transmit BO parts, advise ETA, in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure parts ordering process done correctly and in timely manner.
  • Responsible for executing parts expediting process, e.g., provide daily BO report, check any unsuccessful order, check long outstanding order and take action accordingly in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure parts OTIF achieved.
  • Responsible for preparation and completion of documents related to parts billing process, e.g., confirm parts arrival and issued to customer, collect and provide all supporting document to Sales Admin for billing process, dispatch the document to respective party to further processing, in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure parts billing can be done in timely manner.
  • Responsible for executing Counterman specific task, e.g., warehouse process, core inspection e.t.c in accordance with branch specific capability, to ensure branch capabilities are utilized to fulfill business requirement.

Requirements

  • Minimum Vocational School (SMK), graduated from Technical
  • Preferable 1 year experience as Sales Counter from heavy equipment industry
  • Fluent in basic English and Microsoft Office
  • Have communication skills 

Sales Executive PS

Job Descriptions

  • Location: Batam and Tanjung Balai Karimun, Kepulauan Riau
  • Status: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process.
  • Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer.
  • Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward tge problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery.
  • Assess customer credit, identify customer financial procedure, monitor collection process and receivables.
  • Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
  • Develop strategy to cover his / her territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (S1)
  • 2 years in: Heavy Equipment Sales
  • Business Knowledge: Understand the improvement of Heavy Equipment Technology in the world and its supply chain and customer service
  • Enabler skill: business English, Microsoft Office

Analyst Technical Communicator

  • Location: Balikpapan

Requirements

  • Diploma Degree or Vocational School (SMK)
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Heavy Equipment Technical fields
  • Familiar about Caterpillar Product
  • Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity and result oriented
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Good skills in operating Microsoft Office applications

Foreman Parts

Job Descriptions

  • Location: Tembagapura
  • Status: Contract to Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Create quotation for counter and service, process customer order and return through DBS with correct PO, customer id, sales type.
  • Monitor all pending document and perform appropriate action on the document status i.e: credit exceed / limit, suspend invoice etc.
  • Guide customer to find the right part through Part Book / SIS, make sure that customer gets the solution for the correct parts.

Requirement

  • Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) in Technical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 year in heavy equipment sales
  • Understand parts working process

Senior Operator Trainer

Job Descriptions

  • Location: Tembagapura
  • Status: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prepare data analysis related to product and / or system that is met to customer project
  • Analyze, develop and recommend the modules needed in training
  • Responsible for conducting field or site survey to understand the customer site condition or situation
  • Responsible for preparing specified training materials / needs and it's implementations for operator

Requirements

  • Understand company business, Technical Knowledge, Knowledge of Mechanical System
  • Minimum 3 years has experience as Operator Trainer
  • Ready to Work in 70% Closed Area, 30% Outside

Analyst Finance and Accounting

Job Descriptions

  • Location: Tembagapura
  • Status: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate invoices issues and payment, check and approve debit / credit note issues
  • Monitor and control the completeness of supporting document and invoice cancel and replace process
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate financial aspects in business arrangement contract covering taxation, term of credit and accounting treatment

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting
  • 3 years in Accounting or Financial Staff Level
  • Comprehending Accounting and Financial System
  • Business English, Microsoft Office
