Quality Planning Engineer
- Plant Pasuruan
We are looking for Quality Planning Engineer who will be based in Pasuruan.
Your ‘Day to Day’
- Coordinate and liaise with department managers in Quality and Operations in order to support business strategy
- Ensuring accuracy of PDCA related data (e.g. KPI, Masterplan, etc.) with timely submission
- Support Manager Quality Planning in various of projects running in global and ID level
- Lead and implement improvement projects in Quality

Production Technician - Temporary
- Plant Karawang
We are looking for Production Technicians to be based in Karawang.
Your ‘Day to Day’
- Ensure continuous and reliable operation of the assigned equipment, accurate Adjustment and fix the minor quality and operational troubles in order to achieve/exceed the planned volume
- Analyze and resolve basic process and quality problems / breakdown performing root cause analysis using the troubleshooting list
- Conduct continuous improvement of the quality and productivity standards of your machine or production line
- Ensure that the process and products meet quality standards and take proper corrective actions if needed, to be in line with QA procedures and to achieve PM specifications
- Make checks on the line and on products in production as well as providing support and carry out additional quality checks for additional requests by the support services
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum SMK / Diploma 3 graduate, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic
- Experience in industrial environment can be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Open to be placed in Karawang

Supervisor Retail Engagement
- Sorong (Papua)
We are looking for a Supervisor Retail Engagement who will be based in Sorong (Papua)
Your ‘Day to Day’
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
- Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
- Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 3 years work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Having a driving license (SIM) type A
- Passionate to work in field and also to be placed in Sorong
