Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
  • Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for IQOS Expert in Bogor.

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Instill awareness and availability of IQOS products, including point of purchase, stock replenishment, product support and post sales services, by designing and implementing all related commercial activities according to company's strategy.
  • Find leads and drive contacts through end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience (guided trial / education, follow up, assistance, purchase and other engagement activities) in all defined touch points in the consumer journey as well as explore further potential within the communities according to business strategy.
  • Network with different communities and develop creative & innovative ideas to establish IQOS through various channels.
  • Ensure accurate and on time reporting on all activities and initiatives to provide up to date market data, including outcome analysis and performance evaluation

As a CMDB Analyst, you will collaborate with CMDB Product Owner, CMDB Data Quality manager, CMDB Process owner, and CMDB data owner to improve and maintain CMDB data quality. We are seeking an IT CMDB Analyst to join our IT team, to be located in Jakarta

Your Day-to-Day

  • Act as CMDB point of contact for CMDB issue and request.
  • Creating KB articles for CMDB user guide and solving common problems
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes, data, and integrations.
  • Perform data analysis to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, anomalies, and discrepancies in the CMDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CMDB requirements, data standards, and data models.
  • Provide regular update on CMDB status to stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the CMDB area with focus on improving CMDB process and data quality.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM principles, concepts, and best practices.

We are looking for Lab Analyst who will be based in Karawang.

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Apply well-defined scientific / technical methods and work instructions to perform routine analyses and technical activities to ensure that all materials, semi-finished and finished products are appropriately measured and monitored for their release.
  • Ensure that instruments are calibrated and methods validated for the accuracy, precision and reliability of the analysis. Carry out calibration and collaborative test on instruments and materials (Raw Materials, Packaging, Finished Goods and semi finished) in order to monitor the instruments and materials performances.
  • Ensure the identification and management of identified nonconformities and related corrective & preventive actions. Update and create PMI internal methods, procedures and work instructions in order to define, to improve and / or to standardize the Quality related activities.
  • Execute Quality Reports to support the achievements of Quality related objectives.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor or Master from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Chemical or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Laboratory Technician preferably from tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry would be an advantage
  • Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Chemistry
  • Strong knowledge on medium complexity instruments, e.g. GC-MS, GC-MS / MS, LC-MS / MS, ICP-MS

Analyst Order to Cash - B2C

  • Surabaya

We are looking for Analyst Order to Cash - B2C who responsible to performing tasks within the Order to Cash Stream (Accounts Receivable & Collections), as well as involvement in the Month End Closing process and some other specific accounting activities related to the stream.

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Ensuring all transactions registered in B2C direct sales channel are correctly recorded in SAP
  • Process various types of collections related to B2C sales channels: post matched receipts in SAP, follow up on any open items and communicate with relevant parties for immediate solutions
  • Allocation of payment received from customer through PSP / Acquirer and reconciliation of payments and order including investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivables, petty cash and cash in transit related bookings and other Month-End activities in company's records in line with company's policies and procedures
  • Monitor potential issues arising and timely communicate them to related stakeholders
  • Cooperate effectively with all the stakeholders in the process: market, supply chain, Logistic Service Provider, Payment Service Provider, Digital, Commercial, Customer Care etc.
  • Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization
  • Contribute to provide a responsive and high-quality driven control service
  • Participate in the project to roll out standardized solution for B2C transactions.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • Minimal 2 years of professional experience preferably in the operational Order to Cash including sales transaction and inventory management.
  • Having experience in Account Receivable, Cash Application, Inventory, Month End Close, Reconciliation and Cash and Bank
  • Having functional knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, Power BI and automation
  • Familiar with general knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
