Kepala Operasi Cabang (KOC)

Job Description

• Support and assist the Branch Head in maintaining and improving the performance of branch operations through the implementation of managerial function, monitoring, control and coordination of all service activities, operational support and office administration to comply with the applicable procedural system, and comply with the principles of Islamic banking
• Support the quality and quantity of business in Branch Office through the implementation of quality and standard service and operation
• Maintain and improve the quality of fund financing structure and banking services in the work unit
• Explore and propose to the Branch Head regarding business opportunity from Branch Office customers and branches under their coordination
• Monitor, control, coordinate and evaluate all activities in the work unit and the Sharia Services under it, including the realization of work program
• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate Branch performance development to ensure business performance is achieved in accordance with budget target
• Supervise all transactions approved or authorized in accordance with authority
• Prepare maintenance schedule for sharia branch building and branches under their coordination
• Follow up on audit finding and manage human resources and continuously improve the quality of human resources in the work unit.

Qualifications

• Maximum age 43 years old
• Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have minimum 5 years experience as Branch Office Head of Operation
• Preferably have experience in the banking world, whether conventional or sharia banking
• Familiar with business target and operational target (audit report and service)
• Have extensive networking to be able provide suggestion to Branch Head regarding business opportunity
• Have good sales, analytical and communicative skills
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office

Internal Audit

Job Description

• Conduct audits both in general and specific for indication of irregularities / fraud
• Conduct specific audit on customer and other third party complaints
• Assist in conducting other specific audit at the request of President Director and Audit Committee
• Prepare general and specific audit reports and periodically monitor the follow-up of its completion
• Assist in coordinating and following up request for data and information related to audit report both from internal and external parties (BI, External Audit, Audit Committee, DPS, etc.)
• Assist in providing basic recommendation for decision making by management in handling, resolving and taking corrective action in accordance with applicable regulation
• Collect and process external and internal data and information to complete the comprehensive audit report

Qualifications

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have minimum 4 years work experience in the audit field
• Preferably have experience working in a bank / Sharia Financial Institution
• Mastery standard operating and audit procedure

Frontliner (Customer Service and Teller)

Job Description

Customer Service

• Support product marketing (fund, service and other products) by offering the right product alternative, according to customer need
• Provide quality service to customer who come to the branch in accordance with the provision and procedure
• Exploring customer need
• Provide up-to-date information / explanation to customer / non-customer
• Receive applications: opening and closing account, granting / revoking facility, changing customer data and account data, and other banking services
• Cross selling product and service
• Serving balance inquiry and account mutation of customer who come to the branch
• Serving the printing of transaction / collection of check / BG books, Bilyet Deposit, clearing reject, bank statement, and other matters related to customer interest
• Make manual journal for transaction that occur in Customer Service
• Handle and follow up customer complaint

Teller

• Serving Front Office operational transaction in accordance with the provision and procedure
• Process transaction received based on the provision and procedure of Islamic Bank
• Perform settlement of Communication Time Out (CTO) transaction or offline transaction
• Manage the procurement of cash in cash boxes in accordance with teller limit
• Perform end-of-day teller balancing in accordance with bank procedure
• Resolve discrepancies that occur on the same day
• Carry out other front office operational activities in accordance with the work program, provision and procedure of Islamic Banks

Qualifications

• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• Communicative, have the ability to persuade, attractive appearance, friendly and thorough

Senior Account Officer

Job Description

• Marketing sharia banking products, especially in the field of financing, fund and service in accordance with customer need
• Strive to achieve branch target in the acquisition of fund and financing
• Prospecting for potential customer and maintaining good relationship with customer
• Provide solution to complaint submitted by customer
• Manage and minimize financing risk in the Branch Office.

Qualifications

• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have experience in the same position in banking, preferably in sharia banking minimum 5 years
• Have knowledge of Islamic banking funding and lending products
• Communicative, good negotiation skills, target oriented and good analytical skills
• Tenacious, not easy to give up, honest, have fighting power, and high mobility
• Preferably have experience in the field of Lending (Financing) with commercial and corporate segmentation
• Have experience with minimum financing target 5-6 M / month
