Position Summary
Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Coffee Agronomist responsible to Improve green coffee quality at coffee farmers and develop quality awareness at coffee community (along the supply chain), also contribute to get better access on competitive and traceable Indonesian green coffee.
A Day of Life of Coffee Agronomist
- Manage regular communication with farmers, farmers group and Cooperative (Kelompok Usaha Bersama)
- Provide technical assistance to coffee farmers in coffee production and quality aspect
- Running green coffee Direct Procurement operation (Green Coffee Procurement from Farmers)
- Ensuring green coffee delivery meet with required quality level.
- Establish corrective measures with Factory team for any quality issues
- Conduct market intelligence to provide information in coffee crop, social issue.
- Communicate and campaign Sustainability Agriculture Initiative and develop Co-operation with Coffee Community (Coffee Growers, Farmers Organizations, Research Centers, NGOs, etc.)
- Manage Education and Demonstration Farms for endorse Good Agriculture Practices
- Collaborate with other partners to improve access to support farmers
- Provide Material to Business Unit team for communication propose
- Provide Information On coffee farmer’s issue
What Will Make You Successful
- Minimum Bachelor of Agriculture
- Experience in coffee agricultural practices
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Having good analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Electrical and Automation Engineer

Position Summary
Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Electrical & Automation Engineer will be responsible to Provide Electricity and Automation (E&A) professional and technical operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all MES - E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation / performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.
A Day of Life of EA Engineer
- Participates in Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget. Responsibilities include: the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews. Must fully understand the technical details of the MES-E&A solutions in all projects.
- Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level (i.e. NSAT, NET, AMM, etc.), and in the M&I activities in the factory.
- Ensures that all MES-E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards. Ensures that the key MES-E&A documentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.). Ensure that the Management of Change is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the MES-E&A solutions. Ensure the application of the market and local MES-E&A related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc).
- MES-E&A engineers play a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories through mastering the process and product characteristics. The MES-E&A engineer must have a deep insight of the processes, and continuously strive for the improvement of quality, safety or efficiency while protecting the technological know how and competitive advantage.
What Will Make You Successful
- Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in similar role, with area expertise Automation & Electrical Engineer field
- Having strong leadership skill and people management, experienced to lead technical team and contractors would be advantage
- Having exposure in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and / or production line(s)
- Having ability of Self-Management following defined KPIs / Objectives, and proactively tracking them
- Having exposure to Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Planning and / or maintenance execution desired but not required
