Customer Service

Job Description

  • Support product marketing (fund, service and other products) by offering appropriate product alternative, according to customer needs
  • Provide quality service to customers who come to the branch in accordance with provision and procedure
  • Explore customer needs
  • Provide the latest information / explanation to customer / non-customer
  • Receive and process applications: opening and closing account, granting / revoking facility, changes to customer data and account data, and other bank services
  • Carrying out cross selling of product and service
  • Serving balance inquiry and account mutation for customer who come to the branch
  • Serves transaction printing / retrieval of Check / BG book, Deposit Bill, clearing receipt, bank statement, and other matters related to customer interest
  • Create manual journal for transactions that occur in Customer Service
  • Handle and follow up on customer complaint

Teller

Job Description

  • Serve Front Office operational transaction in accordance with provision and procedure
  • Process received transaction based on Sharia Bank provision and procedure
  • Settlement of Communication Time Out (CTO) or offline transactions
  • Manage cash procurement in cash box according to teller limit
  • Perform end of day Teller balancing in accordance with bank procedural requirement
  • Resolve differences that occurred on the same day
  • Carry out other front office operational activities in accordance with the work program, provision and procedure of Sharia Bank

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 27 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Communicative, has the ability to persuade, has an attractive appearance, friendly and thorough
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service / Teller from Bakti BCA Internship

Job Description

  • Assist in risk assessment, risk monitoring and reporting and implementation of Risk Management for several assigned risks
  • Assist in preparing overall Risk position reporting, per Risk type and / or per type of functional activity as well as carrying out stress testing
  • Preferably have experience in assessing Market Risk
  • Assist in carrying out regular reviews of the Risk Management process as well as proposal for new activity and / or product
  • Assist in carrying out evaluation of model accuracy and validity of data used to measure risk
  • Provide recommendation to the Head of the Risk Management Department regarding the implementation of risk management in all work units
  • Assist in the preparation of risk profile or composition reports on a regular basis

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the same position in either sharia or conventional banking and preferably have worked in statistical data processing
  • Have knowledge of risk management and internal control
  • Have the ability to think logically and analyze (identification, measurement, mitigation and monitoring)
  • Have good interpersonal relation, communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work quickly with tight deadline and handle multiple tasks on an ongoing basis
  • Able to maintain the confidentiality of bank customer data and information
  • Teamwork, responsibility, integrity, professional
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access etc.)
