  • Bogasari, primarily a producer of wheat flour as well as pasta. Its business operations are supported by shipping and packaging units.
  • Agribusiness. The Group’s principal business activities range from research and development, seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling; as well as the production & marketing of branded cooking oils, margarine and shortening. In addition, the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane as well as other crops.
  • Distribution, which boasts the most extensive distribution network in Indonesia, distributes the majority of Indofood’s and its subsidiaries’ consumer products as well as third–party products.
  • Cultivation and Processed Vegetables activities are conducted by China Minzhong Food Corporation Limited (“CMFC”) which is listed on the SGX and is an integrated vegetable processing company in the People’s Republic of China. Through its decades of experience CMFC has developed an integrated demand-driven operation with wide-ranging cultivation and processing capabilities. In addition, CMFC also has a branded products operation.

Brand Manager

  • Permanent Employee

Job Description

  • Develop marketing strategy to grow the brand and win the market competition
  • Implement and monitor day-to-day marketing activity, including provide support for all NPLs
  • Responsible for brand operational activities, which include efforts to support the development of brand tactics and the implementation of ATL & BTL activities
  • Monitor A&P spending within an agreed budget
  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of brand activities, both internal (covering sales, finance, production, solicitation, and procurement) and external (such as creative agencies, and media agencies) 


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in any major
  • Have minimum 5 years of working experience as Brand Manager in FMCG
  • Have knowledge about Baby Nutrition or other nutritional categories
  • Advance in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Have good analytical thinking
  • Able to coordinate and negotiate
  • Able to do the planning, budgeting, and all related aspects of events
  • Able to work under pressure, tough, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be placed in Sudirman, Jakarta
