HR Analyst - Jakarta

Job Purpose

HR Analyst - HRBP is responsible to be a strategic partner for respective departments/stakeholders in manage & support the stakeholders such as: define the right organizational structures including the organizational design; span of control; reporting line; position description, develop the Job Description by using the strategic methodology as per best practice, execute Performance Management culture, recommendation for talent development initiatives to develop talent pool across organization, conduct and review on IDP (Individual Development Plan), Talent Development Plan, & Succession Planning, determine manpower needed as required as per budget & define the vacant position to be filled both internal & external, and develop HR Business Process & Polices and review the existing SOP implemented to achieve the objectives from each of respective department from HR perspective

Roles & Responsibilities

Organizational Design

  • Translate company objectives and strategies by working together with stakeholders in defining the right organizational structures including the organizational design; span of control; reporting line; position description as required by stakeholders to support the company objectives and strategies
  • Develop the job description by using the strategic methodology (Job Analysis) as per best practice for each respective stakeholder to develop comprehensive job description aligned with organizational structure as required
  • Performance Management
  • Initiate the execution of Performance Management on each respective stakeholder to ensure Performance Management culture well implemented in the organization
  • Talent and Succession Management
  • Recommend to stakeholders related with talent development initiatives for each respective stakeholder to develop talent pool across the organization
  • Conduct and review on IDP (Individual Development Plan), Talent Development Plan, and Succession Planning align with the set of skills required and its development plan
  • Determine manpower needed as required as per budget in each respective stakeholder and define the vacant position to be filled both internal & external align with organization strategy
  • HR Analyst for Supply Chain

HR Business Process & Policies

  • Develop HR Business Process & Polices and review the existing SOP implemented in order to have comprehensive HR Business Process & Policies and to have streamline HR processes to support the organization objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences related with HR and preferable from FMCG industry
  • Strategic Positioner, Credible Activist, Culture & Change Champion
  • Analytic Designer & Interpreter
  • Compliance Manager
