Internal Auditor

  • Job Field: Finance
  • Career Level: Middle level
  • Location: Greater Jakarta Area
  • Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Plan an audit project and define audit objective, audit program and audit schedule.
  • Perform or support an audit project in accordance with defined audit program.
  • Produce good quality and accurate audit report which include value added and applicable recommendation based on facts found during the audit.
  • Documents all audits’ working paper properly.
  • Organize meeting (e.g.: opening, evaluation, exit, etc.) and communicate the audit findings and recommendations with the auditee.
  • Assist IA Manager to check and report the implementation of agreed action plans to Head IA based on audit findings and assist management in ensuring they have been properly addressed.
  • Accomplish the audit project as per audit schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting, Finance etc.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in auditing internal or external
  • Having experience in Financial institution prefereable
  • Able to to give a valuable audit recommendation

Sales Executive

  • Job Field: Sales

Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options

Sales Representative Development Program

Responsibilities

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
