Machine Sales Representative

  • Job Descriptions
  • Location: Surabaya
  • Status: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process.
  • Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer.
  • Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward tge problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery.
  • Assess customer credit, identify customer financial procedure, monitor collection process and receivables.
  • Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
  • Develop strategy to cover his / her territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Economics (S1)
  • 2 Years in : Heavy Equipment Sales
  • Business Knowledge : Understand the improvement of Heavy Equipment Technology in the world and its supply chain and customer service
  • Enabler skill : Biz English, Ms Office

Technical Support Manager

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate service strategy, policy, target achievement, recommend and coordinate the strategy with related department head. Set up budget for service department and evaluate its utilization periodically.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation and efficiency of unit reparation and maintenance (including parts availability), provide recommendation for service operational strategy, communicate the strategy to related branch.
  • Monitor, coordinate and evaluate business process within department, develop more reliable and effective business process continuously according to company business growth.
  • Monitor the implementation of SHE system and procedure, evaluate existing SHE system and procedure; and proposed SHE system and procedure.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate the activities of performance management, training, development and coaching and counseling for subordinate in department.
  • Set up and control budget for services operation area.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering
  • 9 Years in: Heavy Equipment Handling & Management
  • Understanding in Heavy Equipment Technology, Its Supply Chain & Finance, HR, Logistic, Purchasing, and Customer Service Functions.

Manager - Strategy Plan, Execution & Align

Responsibilites

  • Accountable and responsible to design strategy management process and establish strategy management framework and conventions.
  • Accountable and responsible to facilitate the strategy management execution across company.
  • Responsible to manage, lead, and facilitate Strategy Map creation and Corporate Balance Scorecard Measurement process across Trakindo, and govern target setting process.
  • Responsible to align Corporate Strategy in the process of financial budgeting, human resource planning and IT investment
  • Accountable to oversee and monitor the Balance Scorecard data collection process to assure that data reporting process are valid, reliable and auditable
  • Accountable to facilitate the development and cascading of Strategy Map and Balance Scorecards at different hierarchical of the organization to ensure alignment with the business strategy
  • Responsible to review business performance based on balance scorecard result, and to propose business recommendation to Chiefs.
  • Responsible to monitor the strategy meeting to determine action plans and follows up to assure that the action plans are carried out
  • Responsible to monitor all strategic initiatives, including division / departments initiatives, to ensure that they are being actively managed with an eye to consolidating or eliminating those not delivering strategic objective
  • Accountable and Responsible to develop deployed Black Belts in Continuous Improvement capability, provide one on one project review and mentoring in application of Continuous Improvement methodology and tools
  • Accountable and responsible to be a coach / mentor for deployed Black Belts in learning the roles of Strategy Plan, Execution & Alignment within the corporate business process
  • Accountable and responsible to act as Internal Consultant for certain Area Division / Region and also CEG divisions

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Engineering / Business Management
  • Having minimum experience 5 years in the same field
