General Affair Staff

Responsibilities

  • Taking care of assets & facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, potential vendor and relation related to Building & Property, Cleaning and Housekeeping services.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and manage logistics and preparing administrative activities (Flights, Hotels, Transportation (operational car), Meeting Room, Employee Meals, and utilize resources effectively.
  • Maintaining the office by ensuring office working system are all operation properly (Absence, Telephone, etc) and dealing with issues as they arise in timely manner.
  • Procurement and Inventory control related to stock of household goods office (Office Stationery and Pantry Supplies)
  • Keeping records of office assets
  • Updating and implementing all necessary policies (SOP) and improving policies and procedures related to General Affairs, as needed.
  • Prepare GA monthly report

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Understand Building & Property management, service and provision of company facilities
  • Having ability in engineering drawing (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, etc) and detail oriented.
  • Possess knowledge in maintenance planning & scheduling, expense management & budgeting.
  • Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, problem solving, and able to work in a team
  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Have at least 1 year working experience in General Affair is more preffered.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Project Planning Control Staff

Responsibilities

  • Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform inventory management according to company policies.
  • Assist Sales unit in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum 27 years old in 2019
  • Proficient in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Good Analytical Thinking, Confident, Self-Motivated.
  • Able to join the company immediately

Parts Service Sales

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments of parts and commodity products. Provide superior personal and professional service for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Diploma Degree (D3) from all Engineering major 
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 25 years old in 2019
  • High interest in Marketing and Sales
  • Having Good Analythical Thinking, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
  • Freshgraduate are welcome to apply

Taxation Staff

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the data and analyze tax transactions, Estimating and tracking tax returns and, Completing regular (quarterly and annual) tax reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting and, Tax Major 
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University 
  • Maximum age of 27 years old in 2019 
  • Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP) 
  • Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules. 
  • Computer literacy is a must 
  • Knowledgeable about Tax and Have a brevet AB certificate 
  • Have at least 1 year working experience in Tax Consultant Office (KAP) 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Finance Staff

Responsibilities

  • Planning & Executing Financial activity
  • Implementing & Executing administration, reporting, reconcilliation related to Accounting activity
  • Monitoring & Collecting customer payments / account receivable (AR) by recording cash, checks and credit transaction
  • Posts revenues by verifying & entering transaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting and Finance 
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 27 years old in 2019
  • Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Have at least 1 year working experience in Finance Department 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
