Customer Service Representative (CSR) Grapari Telkomsel West Area (Cilegon, Serang, Karawaci, BSD)


  • Serv information, request and complaint on Telkomsel services for all Telkomsel customers
  • Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved, through CRM ticket or other media
  • Conduct sales of VAS product, handset bundling and other Telkomsel products
  • One stop service for customers

Front Office Support (FOS) Grapari Telkomsel West Area (Cilegon, Serang, Karawaci, BSD)


  • Verify administrative requirements for customer, customer survey, and validating and activating new kartuHalo, activate / deactivate service feature, change customer data, and other execution activations according to his / her authority and filing document
  • Receive escalation of customer request and complaint from CSR that require further checking (first layer) through but not limited to ticket, email, SMS and telephone
  • Perform initial analysis and ensure the accuracy of data related to the process of resolving customer complaint by using available tools and escalate ticket to the Back End Support (BES) function
  • Monitor Grapari operations (CSR ticket, voucher, device bundling, billing complaint, cash / debit / credit card payment and card stock availability
  • Job report (reporting)

Job Requirements

  • Possess Associate (Diploma 3) / Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 for state university graduate and 3.00 for private university graduate
  • Maximum age 28 years old at the recruitment time
  • Attractive appearance (good looking)
  • Proficient in English both oral and written
  • Have sales skill and service willingness
  • Have an interest in the cellular industry, preferably interested in / able to operate high end technology cellular handset
  • Contract positions available
