Site Integrated Planner

  • Pasuruan

We are looking for IT Analyst based in Pasuruan.

Your Day to Day

  • Run, execute and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for a given Manufacturing site for all its manufacturing processes (primary, semis, secondary), in a sustainable & efficient way in accordance with defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company. Collect the required capacity and availability parameters from manufacturing (from resource leads) and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories. Adhere to capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed / missed production and last moment STP changes.
  • Production scheduling:
    • Prepare rolling, integrated and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon in order to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts. Ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan for the respective production site for the SIP processes balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company. Adhere to stock policies while keeping human and machine resources at the lowest cost, and within operational constraints (e.g. materials availability and equipment efficiency). Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Resource capacities, capabilities and calendars inputs collection from Manufacturing:
    • Collect and consolidate from Manufacturing regular (weekly) update on resource capacity, capability, manufacturing assumptions and availability. Collaborate with resource leads who are the single point of contact in manufacturing affiliates in standardized and synchronized manner. Follow up on getting all inputs and escalate in case of non-availability of required inputs on time.
  • Provide mid & long-term Capacity Inputs to Capacity Planning team. Provide local management with forward mid & long-term production requirements and related data (where applicable).
  • Exceptions management & business continuity:
    • Manage exception situations (last moment machine breakdown, material arrival delays / quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgement & alignment with the related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business.
  • Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders:
    • Supply Planning: Preparation and follow up on production plans in short and mid term horizon; react on plan changes to ensure supply continuity to the markets
    • Capacity Planning: Provide accurate information on production capacity for an optimized volume allocation and capacity management
    • Manufacturing (Resource Lead): Collaborate closely on short term planning optimization and execution; collect Manufacturing resources inputs. Cooperate with resource lead to facilitate smooth execution of aligned production plan, validate production plan in line with the guidance on manufacturing assumptions and optimize the schedules of manufacturing resources such as available manning, calendars for maintenance, trainings, trials etc. Monitor the joint KPIs between Supply Chain and Manufacturing, focusing on output reliability and define & follow-up the actions.
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Ensure process alignments between production and material planning
    • Transportation & WH: Connect with Factory transportation / WH teams to support transportation performance and WH utilization.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Chain or Cross functional projects targetting to deliver productivity and / or efficiency in the processes. Seek & identify continuous improvement opportunities in SIP & related Supply Planning processes and raise proposals for the process enhancements.
    • Ensure that all accountabilities & activities are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, quality standards, Tolling compliance, laws & regulations and Environmental, Health & Safety norms in order to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas, eliminate potential accidents and losses."

Wo We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering. Masters degree in these areas is an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, logistics, production planning) in a global / multinational FMCG. Experience in Manufacturing environment.
  • Track record as team player connecting well with peers and other key stakeholders outside of team.
  • Analytical Skills - Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain / production planning (site integrated planning). Experienced in structured way of working, ideally with defined planning process cycle.
  • Production Scheduling Software (ROSE); Production Planning Software (ideally E2OPEN software, E2PR)
  • Good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and / or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers

Quality Technician

We are looking for a Quality Technician who will be based in Pasuruan.

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Analytical testing, entering data into databases in support of the quality management and operational teams
  • Analyze quality performance data from production process and final product and come up with overall recommendation quality status
  • Perform calibration, verification and analyze quality performance trend from quality instrument
  • Maintain quality management system perform as per standard
  • Other duties as assigned
