About The Secretary Role

We are looking for Secretary with outstanding skills on administrative and operational support office activity, scheduling for meeting agenda, prepare for document, support business trip. As a secretary, you will have responsibilities to coordination with internal or external related administration and document.

What You’ll be In Charge of Secretary Role

  • Provides administrative support and performs numerous secretarial duties.
  • Responsible to all correspondence and communication related businesses.
  • Follow-up, manages the schedule/ calendar, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and keep up to date with all new activities
  • update on what needs to be completed and agenda each day.
  • Manage and booking travel
  • Collaborate with internal or external for meeting arrangement
  • Support management in daily task and provide data for management decisions
  • Maintain a good administration of office filing system
  • Support for document process
  • Create SAP or ERP Processing

What You Will Need

  • Maximum age in February 2023, should not be more than 26 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (fresh graduate welcome) in secretary personal assistant or similar administrative role
  • Diploma in Secretary, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenges and can adapt to various situations while prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously
  • Well-organized, attention to detail and have great time management skills.
