Job Description
- Prepare and execute drilling development activities in Indonesia Operation through well engineering design, contract requirement and operations for development of oil and gas reserve in order to meet stakeholder’s and company’s objectives and aspiration.
Key Accountabilities

Well Engineering Plan & Preparation
- Prepare well engineering design and contract requirement for development wells by following technical standards and engineering solutions in order to ensure maximum value creation and sustainable business growth

Operation Excellence
- Execute the reduction of non-productive time by identifying problem areas, analyse non-productive time trends and recommend remedial action in order to achieve optimum performance.

Technology and Best Practices Application
- Improve drilling efficiency by conducting innovative studies, lessons learnt mechanism and the application of specific recommendations based on the studies and lessons learnt in order to contribute to the improvement of the work process and technology applications.

Cost and Resource Optimization
- Optimize wells cost and drilling resource in complying with approved SCM and Finance guidelines by integrating best practices application, lessons learnt and innovative technology in order to avoid cost overrun towards maximizing profit and achieving excellent cost performance in line with approved WPB/CPB (Work Program & Budget/Corporate Planning & Budget).

Technical Compliance and Governance
- Implement wells delivery technical compliance by following cooperate and host authority process to ensure the requirements for wells technical design and its integrity are met towards protecting the people, environment and company’s assets.
- Follow corporate governance and business process transparency by developing detailed scope of work and specification of drilling tenders and contract execution following company established procurement procedure to safeguard company’s integrity during project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline with minimum 0 - 2 years of working experience in drilling engineering of oil & gas industry. Minimum 2 years involvement in Drilling Operations in an added advantage.
