Human Capital Operation
Job Description
- Propose the company's business cost budget based on an evaluation of the previous year's business cost and the company's policy in the coming year and monitoring the business cost realization
- Review, monitor and manage the calculation and payment process of remuneration and employee benefit program
- Manage health insurance, employment insurance and employee pension fund
- Monitor and manage employee employment contract
- Monitor work progress related to employee share ownership in the company
- Manage and facilitate the company's industrial relations with employees
- Manage and evaluate the update of company regulation in accordance with existing regulatory development
Requirements
- Male
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management / Organizational Psychology / Law
- Fresh graduate / experienced as Human Capital Staff maximum 2 years
- Have Industrial Relation Certificate is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have good administrative skill
- Thorough, loyal and responsible
- Have good interpersonal relationship skill
