Human Capital Operation

Job Description

  • Propose the company's business cost budget based on an evaluation of the previous year's business cost and the company's policy in the coming year and monitoring the business cost realization
  • Review, monitor and manage the calculation and payment process of remuneration and employee benefit program
  • Manage health insurance, employment insurance and employee pension fund
  • Monitor and manage employee employment contract
  • Monitor work progress related to employee share ownership in the company
  • Manage and facilitate the company's industrial relations with employees
  • Manage and evaluate the update of company regulation in accordance with existing regulatory development

Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management / Organizational Psychology / Law
  • Fresh graduate / experienced as Human Capital Staff maximum 2 years
  • Have Industrial Relation Certificate is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have good administrative skill
  • Thorough, loyal and responsible
  • Have good interpersonal relationship skill
