We are hiring:
General Archive Administration
- Female, Indonesian citizen
- Minimum Senior High School (SLTA) graduate or equivalent for existing applicant
- Minimum Diploma 1 (D1) graduate and minimum age 21 years old and maximum age 35 years for non-existing applicant
- Computer literted in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (especially for Outsourced Personnel (TAD) Office / Administration)
- Proficient in English (minimum passive)
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work together in team and individually
- Have good physical support for work (especially for Outsourced Personnel (TAD) Non-Office / Field)
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to adapt / socialize towards organizational / community / stakeholder changes
- Well behaved, free drugs abuse and never been sentenced to prison (please attach Police Certificate (SKCK))
- Physically and mentally fit (please attach Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate dose 1, 2 and booster)
- Placement in Depot Pengisian Pesawat Udara (DPPU) El Tari, Kupang
- This position is as an Outsourced Personnel (TAD) of PT Pertamina Training and Consulting
- Carry out documentation of every activities of the Company
- Files of all Company activities online or manually
- Maintain all documentation so that it is maintained properly and correctly
- Sort incoming data / documents according to the applicable PAUTP rules
- Enter all incoming documents into the system to make it easier to search Company data / archives
