Regulatory Reporting and Accounting Policy Officer

Job Description

• Design an accounting information system for each new activity product so that the application system developed is in accordance with the Bank's accounting policies and the related unit need
• Conduct review and analysis related to the results of the SIT, UAT and PTR phases
• Ensure that daily and monthly financial reports are in accordance with applicable accounting provisions and conducting investigations and resolving any General Ledger differences
• Analyze CoA needs in connection with changes in accounting policies and the Bank's business development
• Carry out other Ad Hoc work according to the Bank's needs
• Design an accounting information system for each new product and activity so that the application system developed is in accordance with the Bank's accounting policies and the related unit needs

Qualifications

• Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Statistics
• Have experience in banking accounting, reviewing banking financial report and have knowledge of banking products, services and transactions
• Have an understanding of banking industry regulations, PSAK and other provisions
• Have experience as an Accounting Consultant is an added value
• 6 months project based

Account Officer Pension

• Pontianak and Sumenep

Main Duties

• Carry out marketing activity to find potential debtor for the Bank, whether included in his / her target market segmentation or other segmentations.

Responsibility

• Carry out marketing activity for pension credit product
• Complete credit administration document
• Responsible for managing the quality of his / her managed credit.

Qualifications

• Minimum possess Associate degree (Diploma III)

Funding and Transaction Officer

Job Purpose

• Collect funds in the form of retail segment saving products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales target for banking products in the form of Saving, Deposit and Current Account specifically for the retail segment
• Establish good relationship and manage the customers under his / her management
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer data information in accordance with applicable regulations
• Carry out sales and marketing functions quickly, with quality, efficiently and competitively to suit market demands.

Specific Duties

• Propose special rate deposits to the Owner of the Special Rate Decision Authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum possess Associate degree (Diploma III).

• Preferably have experience or knowledge in the field of Banking or Marketing for approximately 1 year
