Adaro Energy JobsWe are an Indonesian energy group that focuses on integrated coal mining through subsidiaries. Our principal location is at Tabalong district in South Kalimantan, where our subsidiary PT Adaro Indonesia operates the largest single-site coal mine in the southern hemisphere. We operate under a first-generation CCA (coal co-operation agreement) with the Indonesian Government valid until 2022.
From our South Kalimantan mine’s three pits we produce one of the world’s cleanest coals, trademarked Envirocoal. It is a sub-bituminous, moderate calorific value coal producing ultra-low sulphur, ash and NOx emissions.
We are proud of our record of continuous growth over the two decades that we have been mining in Kalimantan. In 2014 we delivered 56.2 million tonnes of coal, and in 2015 we plan to produce between 54 million and 56 million tonnes.
Our coal is primarily sold to power generation providers, and we sell an average of about 25% of our coal to customers domestically in Indonesia and 75% to overseas customers, predominantly in Asia.

Logistic Planner - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Make fleet capacity planning (barging and floating crane) and to monitor the implementation of the planned schedule in order to support the activities Logistic optimal and effective for the company and group companies.
  • Creating a planning schedule fleet capacity (including: loading plan Kelanis plan unloading Taboneo, allocation floating crane to the vessel, the allocation barge to the floating crane, the allocation of contractors to these destinations, etc.), daily and weekly basis.
  • Monitor and control the movement of the whole fleet and field constraints are there to ensure the movement of the fleet goes according to the plan that has been made.
  • Creating a simulation of the operational and financial impact in case of occurrence in the field that caused the deviation with planning to be given to the employer as material for decision making.
  • Evaluate any information existing operations and make corrections (by manual / guideline plans available) of all deviations from the plans that have been determined to ensure the fleet schedule (barging and floating crane) is well run.
  • Using existing planning tools, while providing an improvement over the idea of ​​planning tools used to ensure the updated its planning tools in accordance with developments / changes in the condition of the supply chain.
  • Prepare reports on performance (ex: contractor performance reports, KPI reports) periodically, as a learning material and to determine the trend of supply chain conditions.
  • Coordinate intensively with related field PIC (port captain Kelanis, port captain Taboneo, port captain barging, pic barging contractors, etc.), For any actual existing conditions to ensure the preservation of the implementation schedule has been arranged.

Tax Audit Officer - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement the fulfillment of obligations in the tax audit process with good, thorough, and meticulous in accordance with the regulations in effect so that tax audits can run well and can achieve optimal results.
  • Assist with tax diagnostic review prior to commencement of inspection to analyze tax exposure that may arise in tax audit process.
  • Carry out the collection of data and documents required in the tax audit.
  • Verify data and document reviews related to tax audit provided by a subsidiary to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
  • Conducting input data requested and required in the process of tax audit.
  • Assisting the submission of data, documents and working papers to the Tax Auditor.
  • Perform filling of tax data in accordance with applicable procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Tax
  • Have min 1 year experience as Tax Audit / Tax Staff
