Astra Graduate Program is open for fresh graduates or with 2 years of working experiences from any majors who are passionate to contribute on developing company's improvement.
Astra Graduate Program is designed to prepare our Future Leaders. The program encourage trainee to experience wide exposure of the core management process in our 7 Business Lines. Trainee is challenged to show their best performance in Marketing, Finance, and Human Capital function. During the program, trainee will be equipped with extensive learning which consist of:
- In-class training with Astra and other professional development institute
- Mentoring & coaching with Astra Executives
- On the job assignments (improvement project)
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree from any major (preferable major: Economics / Engineering)
- Maximum 2 years experiences, fresh graduates are very welcome
- Strong interest in Marketing / Finance / Human Capital
- Actively involved in organizational activities
- Willing to be located all over Indonesia
- Proven excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
- Strive for excellence and able to work in a team
