MT Astra Financial is designed to develop the next future leaders through a comprehensive and systematic program regarding Astra Financial's business and process. For 7 months, you will experience various assignments of in-class training and on-the-job training within numerous business units under Astra Financial Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master degree from local / overseas university (GPA minimum 3.00)
- Maximum 25 years old
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year working experience
- Proven leadership and organizational activities
- Have business sense and drive for result
- Have a good communication skill
- Proficient in English will be a plus
